Ltdonline Ltd is pleased to announce the release of the updated company formation software.
If you have not already registered for the new version please do so by following the simpler steps below. Each operator should register with his/her own details.

• Step 1. Go to www.ltdonline2.com. Step 2. Click on ‘Login /Register’. Step 3. Click on ‘Register’.
• Step 4. Type in a username and a password of your choice. Step 5. Complete the questionnaire.
• Step 6. Send the registration.

In order to register your Companies House Electronic filing details with us, the administrator or Authorised person should please log in with the username and password that they have registered with (this can be done immediately after sending the user registration to us).
Once logged in please scroll down to the bottom of the page and see Agent Details.
The box underneath is marked ’Apply’. Please complete the details in the relevant boxes.
If you do not have these details to hand please e mail chdfinance@companieshouse.gov.uk with your account number or Presenter ID and request your software filing details. Once we have transferred your points from Ltdonline.com to the new software you will be able to start using it.
